I got my IUD 6 months ago and for some reason I’ve started spotting, I’m exhausted, I’m nauseas to the point of throwing up, I honestly feel like I have the flu. Urine pregnancy test negative. What tf is going on? I have the sniffles that come randomly and heartburn!
