I got the arm implant and wouldn't stop bleeding. So after 3 months my OB said we could try 3 months of the pill to see if it would reset my cycle. She said she's done it before with IUD and arm implant patients that have had this issue and has had some success. I went for it because I didn't want to pay to have it taken out. I'm about to finish the 3rd month and I'm totally freaked it won't work. Each time I've gotten my period it has lasted until I started the next pack of pills. Anyone have had this and had any luck?
