STI/UTI/BV????

My boyfriend and I have lots of sex and just recently for about almost a week my vagina odor has changed and I’ve noticed it makes me self conscious but it’s not overly strong. Then around the same time I’ve been having cramps and long drawn out pain on my hips and stomach. I recently got off my period which was 5 days instead of 7 . The pain and odor makes me concerned but my discharge is clear or white. Do you think I could have a STI or UTI. I tried apple cider for my PH but nothing changed it only dimmed the smelll
