Tampons? Pads? Or What?

comment please I'm struggling with what to use, tampons hurt me when I take em out so please vote and comment! thx ❤️

I tend to use both a tampon and a light small pad. I use the regular size tampon even though I tend to have heavy periods. And I use the light small pad with it in case I do have leakage. But I change tampons quite often. And I use a heavy flow larger pad when I got to sleep, no tampon.

I found that using lil-lets teen tampons helped me because I find they have a nicer fit to other brands

I use the divacup and love it. But tampons shouldn't hurt. You are probably using to heavy of one for your flow or changing them too soon. The cup is nice because you don't have to worry about it. Just put it in. Clean it out in the shower and put it back in. If you decide to try it i would suggest using a panty liner until you figure out how to make it stay and seal properly for your body.

Make sure you're using the right absorbency tampons. If you're using super plus and your flow is light, the tampon won't be as full and will probably hurt coming out because it's so dry. Also try to relax your muscles when taking it out.
