Braxton hicks? Lightning crotch?

I've had lightning crotch on and off since 31 weeks, sharp lightning pains that lasted a couple of seconds then disappeared, may come back once and then I'd be good for another day or so etc

I'm 36 weeks and measuring ahead, I've just had 4 minutes of very intense cramping / stabbing pain that seemed to come in waves everytime i tried to take a step, I'm currently sat down and all I can feel is movement like its half way internally down my vagina 😭

Is this the start? And HOLY SHIT are those mild contractions???? FTM and if they are I am NOT looking forward to this.
