tips on sticking to diet. please help

so a little back story. 6 years ago i got pregnant with my son when i was 18, i was 110lbs i quickly gained 70lbs at 180, in my last trimester. 3 months later i got pregnant again with my 2nd son and went to 195... 5 years later and im back to 180 got down to 160 about a year ago and gained 20 back. i have such a hard time sticking to my diets. any tips or advice is welcome. im currently almost 11 weeks pregnant with my third baby. i know i cant do anything extreme i would just like to eat healthier and cut out pop and some light exercises im 5'1 and would like to loose maybe 20 to 25 lbs and get healthier before i deliver the baby.
