Trigger warning: is it considered rape if you initially didn’t want it, said no, but then gave into it and accepted it?
The situation: A boy takes a girl to an empty parking lot at night and he goes on top of her. She initially isnt into it and says no. She fights back but he over powers her. Eventually she succumbs to it and even has an orgasm. She’s clearly enjoying it but initially she never wanted it and didn’t give consent to (and never really did give consent). Would that still be rape?
