Leap?

Sometimes I wonder if the leaps are even accurate because my god, my little boy 11 weeks old has been sooo miserable the last 5 days and won’t even sleep at night. Up by 1am for feeding than crying the rest of the night and all day. Makes me feel like I don’t know what I am doing as a mom cause nothing makes him happy.

Going through this now at 12 weeks, we’re in day 4 and it’s been rough. 
She will literally be the happiest baby then like a switch turns and she’s screaming and tears are flowing. Luckily she’s sleeping okay at night but she fights her naps and then only sleeps for 20ish mins so part of it is her being tired. She won’t let my husband hold her for to long. 
I 100% feel the same about not feeling like we know what we’re doing. I get so frustrated because I try everything and she just gets madder and madder. The same thing never works but she just had a melt down and swaddling with a bottle while I rocked her worked and now we’re sleeping

I think it just stresses me out thinking about when my babies going to be grouchy or happy. They randomly go through bad stages and it’s ok. Both my babies had good and bad times. We are good mommies or we wouldn’t be worried about being a good mom.

Sometimes baby will go throw a leap a week early or late. Sometimes they’ll show a lot of signs sometimes they won’t! Honestly, the estimated timeline is good but usually the developmental skills show up around the time they say they will so I believe it 😄.
