The pill

I just started my first period on the pill after switching from the copper iud (non-hormonal) to the combo pill. I didn’t like the pill when I first tried them because they made me more depressed but now I’m on antidepressants and my iud kept falling out of place. Anyway, I’m experiencing bad cramping this period and it’s the first time I’ve had cramping while on my period so o think it’s horrible!! I’ve been excessively sweaty since starting the pill so heat packs aren’t an option for me while at work. I need help!!! 😭
