Inches lost! Does this seem cohesive with the weight loss?
So since January 25th I have gone from 225 lbs-166.4 as of today.... so I feel good about the weight loss, and my end goal is 155. My hope is to be there by my birthday, November 10.
I started measuring myself on March 15 (March 15th I was 200lbs), Do these measurements seem right with the weight loss from March? I have never paid attention to inches until this weight loss journey, and that’s just because this is the only time I have stayed consistent with my healthy relationship with food. Anyways... on to the inches lost.
Bust: 5 inches gone
Waist: 5 inches gone
Hips: 5 inches gone
Thighs: 4 inches gone
Calves: 2 inches gone
Arms: 1 inch gone
Don’t know if this is important to consider when comparing inches to weight loss, but all I have done is intermittent fasting and eating healthy. There has been no exercising except for going on a few random walks.
