Umbilical cord

My LO lost her umbilical cord on her 5th day. Everything seemed fine and we had our first dr. Appt two days later. At the dr office, after the dr checked it, we noticed a little bleeding. Dr said it was nothing to worry about. Well over the past couple days, her belly button started to look like this. Is this normal or something to have looked at.
