Stage 3 or 4 Endometriosis ttc using acupuncture and massage

Hello ladies so we have been trying ttc for some time now. Had a major robotic laparoscopic surgery last year to remove the Endo. Although my tubes are open and everything looks good we still have not conceived. The next option would be to try IVF, but I decided to give acupuncture and fertility massages (Arvigo/Mayan) a shot. Wondering have any of you tried this in order to get pregnant and had success?
