So I cleaned earlier today and poured a 1/2 cup of bleach in my toilet. I then left my house for a few hours, when I came home I went to use the restroom and the water after I urinated was dark red. There was no spotting on my panties or the toilet paper and I have not been cramping.  I drank a bottle of water and went to the bathroom again and it was normal. Called my aunt who is a NICU nurse and told her and she said it was a chemical reaction between the bleach and urine. Never thought I would be anxious to go pee.
