Implant symptoms normal?

I’ve had these symptoms and they can get confused with pregnancy sometimes lol since the implant makes your body think you’re pregnant in a way so are these normal?

-not bleeding for month, bleeding a lot so put on pill, one normal but heavy period then no bleeding

-not hungry at all/forgetting to eat for like first 2 months and now increased appetite after summer ended and like gassiness in morning if I don’t eat breakfast, that’s kinda always happened to me though

-some back pain or aches in body, more like stiffness

-some dizziness not a lot (I was also sick too at this time)

-irritability

I’ve had the implant for about 3 months or a little over now
