How late were you?

How late has stress made your period be late? I’m 9 days late. And I strongly believe it’s because of all the stress I’m dealing with right now.

Answer

I was moving out of my parents house trying to lease my first apartment, while there was a family emergency over seas, my friend was getting married,  and my grandmothers funeral was the same week so a lot of stress. My period was 3.5weeks late and OF COURSE I got it the first night I lived in my new apartment and I hadn’t packed any pads, tampons, Advil or my heating pad.

i didn’t have a period for like three months due to extreme stress a few years ago.
