Dont know what to do?

Okay so im 37+1 and this morning it felt as if i had something in my lady parts 
Like a uncomfortable feeling as if there was a displaced tampon if anyone knows what that feels like
I only felt it when i was up and walking 
It finally went away so i didnt call anyone
Any advice? What could that be? 
Anyone had something similar happen?

When I sit on the toilet for more than a minute or two, I get a lot of uncomfy pressure like that down there. I think there’s just a lot of blood flow and baby’s head is pushing on everything (I’m 40 weeks today).

I have vaginal pressure all the time. My doc said the other day that she’s head down and it’s the pressure from her head.

I’ve had that a few times and I think it’s just from baby’s pressure.
