I’m looking to build muscle mass and become stronger as a teenage girl, but I don’t know what exercises to follow to achieve this. I don’t have a gym membership, but i was wondering whether you ladies have any go-to exercise to define my abdomen and strengthen my body?

I have a low BMI, so I have a pretty low body fat percentage. What exercises should I do? How much protein should I eat? What should I avoid?
