Again I’m awake

These past few days I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night or super early just to lay here with either stomach pain or acid reflux or sore boobies or I just have to pee, it’s so annoying I’m starting to actually think I’m pregnant, anyone had trouble staying asleep through the night ?
