boy or girl?

what do y'all think based on the Ramzi theory just for fun?? this was Monday at 5w 6 days. also could someone explain which part is the yolk which is the baby? I saw the heartbeat flickering on the big screen and it was 107bpm which the nurse reassured me that it was in normal range!!!! for the age and would be going up daily. so hopefully next Wednesday I'll get a better image. it's still so unreal!
