Does anybody else not feel pregnant?

I’m almost 15 weeks pregnant... I felt pregnant up until week 13. I was experiencing severe nausea especially. I had my OB appt last ay week 12.5 and it was hard for her to locate the heart beat. She eventually said she heard the baby’s heart beat, but I didn’t hear it...all I heard was a bunch noises but no actual beat. I told her about my concerns but she did nothing to reassure me except say “it’s there”. Besides that, I don’t feel pregnant, I don’t feel any fluttering movements, I’m not even showing a baby bump yet. This is my 4th pregnancy and all of my previous pregnancies I started showing around 12 or 13 weeks. I know every pregnancy is different but I guess I’m in my head a bit. At least I am not bleeding so that’s a good sign. Is anybody else experiencing this? My next appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks.
