***Long post***

So basically my Husband is not on speaking terms with his mother since she has disrespected me time and time again and puts me down, she is jealous of mine and my husbands relationship but doesn't need to be as we involve her in our lives as much as we can for example inviting her out to meals out with us, taking her shopping with us and inviting her round to ours to spend time with her grandchildren as she lives on her own but has a boyfriend she sees a few times a week. I've always tried to get along with his mum but she makes it impossible, on our wedding day in may this year she wore black from head to toe with a black hat and black elbow length gloves as if she was attending a funeral! My mother and husband were passing by her and heard her calling me names and basically dissing everything about me so my husband asked her why she was doing that so she said he can do much better than me etc as a pre wedding gift she bought me size xxxl silk pyjamas even thiu she knows I'm a UK size 8 and struggled with anorexia for most of my life. She calls me to anyone who will listen to her and has turned most of my husbands family against me by telling them lies, I've done everything I can for this woman and treated her like my own mother I just don't know what to do anymore and feel so bad for my husband.
