I'm a ftm and tomorrow will be 10 days past due date with plan to induce on the 12th. Ive seen and read about women leaking colostrum and milk during pregnancy. I haven't had anything other than a tiny bit of dried milky looking liquid on my nipples, but nothing enough to saturate bras or fabric. Is it normal to not have any milk until after the baby is born? What if the milk doesn't come right away and the hospital has to start the baby on formula then it doesn't want the milk when it does come? I've always planned on breastfeeding and really want to stick with this plan. I'm also so far past due I feel like my body has had extra time to get milk started!
