It doesn't hurt that bad I had a natural birth with no drugs and pushed out a 8 pound 4 ounce baby didn't cry once so it's not that painful... My mom did the same Thing with her 5 children...

I'm wondering how to be among those  who said 1-2! Haha. I had a natural birth, no meds and voted 9-10. It's very painful and uncomfortable. BUT it didn't last long for me, thank God, and it stopped immediately after my daughter was born! Quick recovery, too. It's worth it!

Have a c-section!! Painless delivery!!

My baby was posterior. The back labor was crippling. 3rd degree episiotimy and severe labia tear later, I got to meet him and none of that pain mattered.

I got to 8 cm and had no idea I was even in labor. Ended up having to have a c section and the pain after that was a 7-8.

Contractions hurt around 6cm. Labor wasn't a problem, but I didn't tear. So maybe my labor wasn't typical.

I was only able to take 3 hours of pain and then I asked for an epidural.

I went shopping and out to eat while in labor lol... but it does get pretty intense!
