I had an HSG in 7/11/19 and my last cycle started 7/20/19. I had a long cycle and believe I ovulated on 8/8/19. First Vvfl was on 8/21/19. I started progesterone that day and the next Wednesday my hcg was 46 and two days later it was 130. We thought we were good. Saturday 8/30 I began spotting brown. I went this last Thursday 9/5/19 for an ultrasound with fertility specialist and I had a 3mm mass on right tube and no IUP. Surgery was the next morning at 7 am and it was an ectopic in the left tube and was already bleeding and about to rupture. They removed the left tube. They also found a cysts on right tube and removed the cyst but the right tube is still good and healthy. They also found a lot of scar tissue on the bowel thought to be from previous sections. I am bleeding a little bit. My main question is does or has anyone had any success conceiving after ectopic with 1 tube and if so that methods? I’m currently working with fertility specialist. I just want to hear your stories. Also how long before you had your first real cycle after surgery?

This was my 6th pregnancy. I had 2 miscarriages 2009,2010 then had my first rainbow 9/7/12 and another 1/5/16 then conceived again and had another MC 9/3/18 and then this ectopic 9/6/19. All were natural conception. I did use fermera dec 2018-April 2019 but no success.
