Can anyone help me...

my period is due in exactly a week and today I’ve had a bad lower back on my right side. It’s a ache and is crampy and every now and again I get a twinge which really takes me by surprise. It’s been happening every hour or so all day long.

Could this be implantation? We had unprotected sex on day 14 of my cycle but I think I ovulated a couple of days before that so thought I was definitely out this month. I really don’t wanna get my hopes up. Plus my last pregnancy sadly ended in late miscarriage back in January :(
