Those are my best friends
1️⃣. Girdle, waist bands , waist trainer.
2️⃣. Apple cider vinegar “with the Mother”
I drink 5-6 of those blue bottles a day.
3️⃣. I don’t eat before 11 am and after 4-5 PM (I don’t fast, I’m just not hungry)
4️⃣. I use app called MyFitnessPal and Walking to count my calories and steps during the day.
Don’t stress, sleep more , go out , enjoy your life, and laugh. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
