Did Your water Break?

Question

My midwife had to break my water with my first. I’m within a week of my due date with my second. How many gals out there had their water break naturally and how many had to have it broken for them?

Both of my babies my water broke on it’s own. My first was at 42+5 and second at 38 and some change. With my first I was in the hospital to be induced and my second I was getting up from the bed in the morning

My water broke at home. Woke up around 3 am to use the bathroom, went back to bed and got all comfy and my water broke. I thought I just had a lot of pee saved up or something. 🤣🤦

Im hoping my first in born in the amniotic sac. They say its good luck when that happens. Im going to avoid having my water broken if it doesnt break on its own.

I was induced with my daughter, but my water broke on it’s own after starting pitocin (my doctor came into the room literally less than five minutes later to break it lol)

My first my water broke at 37 5. This one the doctor said he would be surprised if she wasn’t born before my induction tomorrow but no such luck. So he is breaking my water in the morning

I had to have mine broken my first pragnancy. My second pregnancy it broke on it's own at 15 weeks due to an incompetent cervix. I'm still waiting to see how it turns out this time around. I'm 34 weeks now.

1st kid: Doc broke my water during active labor around 5 centimeters. 
2nd kid: Water broke on its own during the throws of labor. And I was already 8 centimeters dilated.

Mine broke on it's own! My midwife told that likely wouldn't happen, especially with my first but it happened the next morning!

With my first my water broke on it’s own. With my second, the doctor broke my water at 6-7cm and my third broke on it’s own at home.

I water broke on its own both times. My first it broke at 34 weeks, 2nd broke at 36 weeks.
