What to wear for renewing wedding vows!

Hope this is right group. I’m currently 18weeks pregnant so my hubby has asked me to renew our wedding vows after 10years together once baby is born. 
Question is what do I wear? My wedding dress is covered in mould as I would have loved to have wore this again but it’s ruined now. 
Any advice grateful

100 guests is a pretty big party! That’s so exciting! There’s a lot of questions to kinda setup what to wear. But I would at least say cocktail dress to formal gown would be most appropriate. And I would also definitely say white.
