Freshly off the pill after years of almost no periods

So I was diagnosed with endometriosis in my teens after having the most horrific heavy painful periods where I would be fainting, severe nausea, diarrhea.... the works. So my doctor put me on the pill and we decided for me to be pretty much non stop on it with only a couple of periods a year. I'm now 29 and have just gone off the pill permanently (on the 5th September) and period started fully early hours this morning (9th September) I'm in agony but thankful it is finally here.

I'm just wondering where I go from here? I don't know my regular cycle yet so this poor app has it's work cut out for it, only my husband knows we are trying, we haven't told anyone yet. I have been ovulating occasionally on the pill but stupidly never thought to write it down.

Any advice would be wonderful please. I'm hating having my period as I've been bedridden since Friday.
