I had a miscarriage in June. Trying to conceive since then. I thought I was pregnant this month, but period came a day late. :(. Very upsetting. I feel like a failure! I have very bad anxiety where I feel everything needs to be in my control, and this is TOTALLY out of my control. Anyone have any advice?
