EXPECTING???!!!?

Hey girls! We are expecting our second in March/April 2020 and our beyond excited!!

However, I’m already thinking about things I would like to do differently this time. And one of those is sleep. We tried to keep healthy habits in place with our Oct baby but then fell through and had a rough couple months. What are your recommendations? How did you keep healthy sleep habits or what did you do to try and avoid sleep training?

Is there anything else you would change? Formula only? Mix? Paci or no paci? Swaddle or no swaddle? (We struggled with ditching the swaddle and not bouncing to sleep)
