Any tips for relaxing nerves with rainbow?

I am 6w tomorrow with our rainbow. I have a 1.5 year old son and I had a mc in May, at 6 weeks. As I come up on the dreaded week it happened in this pregnancy, does anyone have any tips for keeping calm and relaxed? I’m so scared and nervous. Have my first doctors appointment tomorrow.

I tried to take it day by day I still do 
I am 10 weeks and it’s been a long few weeks bc it’s just so scary. At the end of the day I realize if something happened I would be upset regardless of how much I worried
So just try and enjoy that you are pregnant !

Just try and enjoy it - I had a missed miscarriage last year (lost at 6 but didn’t physically start losing it until 11 weeks) I’m so extremely hyper aware of every single little thing. I’m constantly poking my boobs to make sure they’re still sore - I panic if I don’t feel sick or I have loads of energy it’s exhausting! I got to a point where I was worrying so much that I went for an early scan at 9 weeks and cried the whole way through it even when they confirmed that little bean was fine. I now have to wait until I’m 13 weeks and I’ve decided just to calm down, take one day at a time, and just relax. Easier said than done I know!
