2days after ovulation.. I had like a pinching/ achy feeling between my left hip and ovary.. any ideas I’m now 4dpo

I get these constantly after my period leading up to ovulation and a couples days after. Not uncomfortable but noticeable. It’s just cramping from your body sending the egg down.
