Lightening Crotch- anyone else and any relief?

Question

Have started getting lightening crotch on my left pelvis. Will be walking and get insane sharp pain out of nowhere and then go away. It takes my breath away and can be bad enough to make me cry even though it’s just for seconds.  
Feel like a wimp..... Had my first with no epidural and didn’t cry! 
Anyone found any relief tips? I can get it anytime of day but mostly evening.  I get scared walking waiting for it to come!!!

I’m sorry you’re feeling this, but I’m also relieved that I’m not alone. It’s almost like my hips give out a little when I walk sometimes, when the pain hits. And standing up from/sitting down into a car is so bad. I don’t have any tips. I just cry and try not to yell. After I feel the pain, I’ll put a little pressure on my hips or whatever hurts with my hand, that helps the after pain a bit. But I don’t really know anything to do. Other than never move out of bed (I wish 😭). I’m so sorry I hope it gets better!

Lay upside down? Lol. It happens from babys head or other body parts rubbing against the cervix if I remember correctly. I have found no relief from it aside from a mantra of colorful language that would put a sailor to shame lol

It usually makes me "lift up" while I'm walking and is then followed by a "AHH FUCK"
