Taking Cara Babies Questions
Hey all, I'm just wondering who all had used the Taking Cara Babies methods and are they worth the $$ she is kinda expensive, but good sleep is priceless I guess. I have a 13 week old and we are dealing with the dreaded sleep regression! I'm considering purchasing the 3-4 month booklet anyone use this and what did you think of it?
