No symptoms in early pregnancy!?!?!

Hi ladies! 
So I’m 5w3d and I feel great! I have little to no symptoms. Just some very light cramping every now and then, creamy discharge and my nipples are slightly tender but that’s it. Should I be worried? Did this happen with anyone else? My first appointment isn’t until next Wednesday. 😩😅😅😅

Omg these is my EXACT same symptoms too!!! I'm more tired in the evening but thats expected since I have a toddler too. 
I was starting to get worried hahaha

I’m about 5 weeks and I’m tired, and have some tender boobs and a little moody. 
But other then that, nothing. 
With my first two I started getting bad morning sickness around 7 weeks. 
So I’m just enjoying the lack of vomit right now.

Happening to me every now and then i get nauseous but i get over pretty fast in 6w2d

You are not alone, I feel this way right now. 5 weeks and 1 day here. I was this way with my first baby too! Occasional nausea
