Mastitis?

Question

Yesterday I noticed a lump on the underside of my boob. It hurt and was tender to the touch it if anything rubbed it. This was about 430pm I noticed it then around 6 I felt like I has the flu. I ended up with a fever, headache, chills, body aches, and sweats. There is some slight redness to the area but not much. After pumping the lump is there but not as big or tender to the touch. Could this be mastitis?

Sounds like it definitely is to me...
Have a hot shower and massage it under the water and it can really hurt sometimes 
Put a hot towel on the area before feeding or pumping 
Try putting baby into breast as they can pull out a lot more than any pump ever could but if not then a pump could bring it out as mine did 
Try to feed or express a lot more often than usual
Most of all you need to go get antibiotics as it’s quite serious and shouldn’t be left
