Do you use a fetal doppler at home?

Just got this yesterday and I couldn't find her heartbeat. My mom just tried tonight and got it within seconds. I go in for my 20 week ultrasound in the morning but I just couldn't wait to hear her. 4 weeks between appointments freak me out. Hope I'm not the only one!

Bought one during first pregnancy and have been using it during this pregnancy. Very reassuring. Our daughter also loves to hear baby's heartbeat as well.

It takes practice :) and they are so wiggly right now it can be hard to spot it

Mine is a simple one that lets me hear baby's heartbeat. Doesn't have a monitor like yours though. My doctor said its ok to use it but be aware of what's your heartbeat vs. the baby's. I watched a YouTube video to help me identify the sound I should be looking for. My doctor also said to try not to over use it and so I have been using it every other week.
