Prenatals without iron?

My prenatals don't have iron and I know that's suppose to be important. I had someone else pick some up since I was busy and this is what they got. Is this okay? Should I take iron too?

Folic acid is the most important one to look for. But the dha also helps with brain development

Ask your doctor for a prescription for iron pills, I had prenatals without iron though and I was really lightheaded and tired for a time, but now I feel okay and my iron levels have come back fine.

I have gummy prenatals without iron too, and all my blood work comes back 100% normal. You get iron in food if you eat a healthy diet, so I think there's no need to be taking extra supplements unless your midwife/doctor advises you to.

You should ask your doctor. I didn't need to take iron pills this pregnancy, but I was anemic with my first so I had to take them. You may be lucky and not need to take them if your blood levels are ok.

You need the iron girl. I have to take my prenatals plus iron pills. With my iron low I started getting light headed and seeing floaters and feeling like Imma pass out. You need both folic acid and iron. I didn't realize how important it was either because everyone was saying just folic acid. Definitely get a prenatal with both.
