So confussed

2 weeks ago I had 2 days of light bleeding which was a week later than my normal period would be. Took pregnancy tests 1 said postive the rest negitive. But had symptoms of early pregnancy. Went to docs who treat me for a uti and pregnancy test they did was also negative. Symptoms didnt improve so had blood and urine tests done for any infections but no pregnancy. When blood work came back they said I have a bit of a low iron level and wernt going to give me any tablets at the moment but would call me again on the 20th of this month to see how I was feeling. Now 2 weeks after the light bleed I'm bleeding abit again blood was pink in colour to start with then a bit dark and now light again this only started early this morning. I'm so confussed has this happened to anyone else. I havnt had a normal period since July 16th which was 3 days. I'm calling the doctors again in the morning as I feel something ain't right.
