Trying for my rainbow baby

I found out my baby didnt have a heartbeat July 15 and had the d&c july 17. I started my period August 20 and it ended the day of my colposcopy August 27. It is only 6 dpo and I been having light brown spotting for a few days now and been stressing out if I'm pregnant or not or if I just started my period really early. I really want my rainbow baby and not knowing it just driving me crazy. Does anyone have any advice on what it could be? I just want this wait to be over already
