Anyone else?

Anyone else getting contractions? Like slightly painful ones? I brought it up to my doctor and the labor and delivery nurse when I went in for my last NST on Friday. They both weren’t concerned. I’ve been having them on and off for a week or so but today I’ve had them on and off since 9am and it’s now shortly after 6pm. They’re about a minute long and the frequency varies. Could be 5, 20 or even an hour or two between them. Some of them make me feel like I have to poop (sorry tmi) and they all feel like mild period cramps. Last week I also lost a bunch of my plug. I’m 34+1
I’m super uncomfortable at this point and the random contractions aren’t helping 😭

Yes! I had a crazy 5 hours of them last friday.  After it had been going on a while I finally started tracking just in case, even though I was pretty certain they were BH. I never called anyone and just rested til they finally stopped after dinner.

With the frequency variations I would say you’re having Braxton Contractions. People will tell you it’s supposed to be I comfortable & not painful but they can be painful but not crazy painful.

Most of my daily bh ares just the tightening sensation with like one period crampy episode. Now lately at night I’ve been waking up with at least one contraction that is painful enough to make me roll around and moan for a minute and includes lower back pain and tightness. I told my doc and she said well since that’s happening let’s make sure you’re not dilating yet. She did a quick cervix check and said I’m closed! Probably prodromal labor I’m guessing. Just hit 35 weeks yesterday just praying I can keep him in for at least another 4 weeks but we will see.
