Milk savers. Has anyone tried these? Options please

Hi, I will be a ftm in May 2016 and have come across these online and am very interested but I don't know anyone who has used them. 
I'm after people's experiences with them, good and bad, to help me to decide whether to use them or not.

I have these and am shocked by how much it catches.  However it's kind of a pain to whip out during nursing.  I don't use it as much as I should.

I need these!!! I just read the box it said while your breastfeeding. My other boob starts to leak when he begins to feed. My nipples also start to tingle it's about time for him to feed. I would also like these instead of nursing bras. To catch excess milk instead of wasting it.

They are great! Some people leak more than others, so don't be worried if you don't get a lot after the first few weeks when your milk balances out.

I LOVE mine! I collect 1-3 ounces per breast per feeding! I have so much milk saved up and I've never pumped! I couldn't imagine letting all that go to waste. It is kind of a pain to rinse all day but definitely worth it!

I want! I looked in so many stores for some and couldn't find any. But it would be so nice to have. Definitely would catch an oz or so before I have time to get my pump ready.

These are cool! I just hooked up a pump to the side my daughter wasn't nursing on and tried to collect it that way. Never even thought about something like this...
