Could I be ovulating again?

Hey guys, sorry I'm always asking several questions on here. I'm on my first cycle of Clomid 3-7 & Progesterone after ovulation started 3dpo. I'm on CD 20, 5dpo (I think). I've been having sharp side pains like stabbing and thought I'd take a OPK. It's positive but not as positive as my CD 14. What do you think? Is it he Progesterone causing it
