Ok serious question is it okay to be without folic acid for like 4 days????

Advice!!! I called it in to the Pharmacy though.... What can i take/drink? Should i be worried?

Just buy prenatals ot folic acid over the counter. You don't need a prescription.

You should be fine. I had a friend who stopped taking her prenatals completely after her first trimester because they were making her so sick. Her baby is healthy and just fine. I wouldn't recommend not taking them at all, but you should be okay skipping a few days :)

I went a few weeks without my prenatals (including folic acid) because I was so sick. As far as I know baby is perfectly healthy in there. Just buy some over the counter.
