I know everyone is different and some people don’t gain anything! Some people even lose weight, but I’ve been on the pill for 3 years now and I swear I’ve gained like 40 pounds ! I’m super super embarrassed about my weight and my looks now ! I don’t feel anything beautiful! Well I’m struggling to love how I look! I’ve been trying to lose weight, eating healthier , drinking more water ,’Zumba , walking and I’m still the same ! I’m SUPER frustrated! Does anyone else have this problem?
