Bleeding

Okay so this is TMI (kinda ?)

Anyway,I’m 20 weeks and 4 days and I had sex this morning-maybe little rougher then usual.So I notice pink ish trace of blood on toilet paper but it wasn’t coming from vagina.This maybe gross-but came from part of skin that is between vagina and butthole (sorry for description).And I think it is maybe skin ripped?

I have app with midwife on Wednesday but just wanted to see other opinions and any advices are welcome
