I’m 33 weeks and i’ve now had 3 contractions about 20 minutes apart each time. I’m having period like cramps off and on between the contractions and more discharge than normal. Is this early labor?? I’m a first time mom and 45 minutes away from my hospital. I need my nerves calmed
