Water or “regular” birth? Which did you prefer?

Hi guys!
This is for women who have experienced both types of birth/deliveries. Please let me know which one you preferred.

I labored in the water with my second and LOVED it.  It was so calming and reduced the pain greatly.  However, when it came time to deliver, my body panicked and I instinctively felt I HAD to get out of the water. 
I was planning to labor and possibly deliver in the water again but this LO came way too fast and too early to even consider it.

I worked at a birth center and the moms always had the option of a water birth.  Most women think they want a water birth but sometimes during delivery what sounds good at the time isn’t the case.  Each delivery is different so best advice is to not have an expectation and go with how you feel.
