VITEX ⁉️

Hey guys so I’m currently ttc and we’ve been not trying, not avoiding for about 8 months. I’m very irregular and will be lucky to get a period every 6 months or so. The only time my cycle have been normal was when I was on birth control for 2 years. I’m thinking about trying vitex. Any success stories ? Warnings ? Tips and advice ? TIA.
